§1 General

The website www.natalievogel.com (hereinafter referred to as natalievogel) is a free-access online platform with an online shop offering and selling products over the internet. All services provided via the online shop are exclusively based on the following terms and conditions.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

2.1 By placing an online order for the desired artwork, the customer enters into a binding acceptance of the offer, thereby establishing the purchase agreement.
2.2 There may be variations in color of the delivered products compared to the original image displayed on the website due to different screen settings.
2.3 Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). The product prices specified at the time of the order are binding.
2.4 Each order and any changes will be confirmed to the customer by email. The contract is concluded upon the submission of the customer's online order form.

§3 Prices and Discounts

3.1 Price and discount changes can occur at any time without prior notice.
3.2 All billing is done in Swiss Francs (CHF).
3.3 All prices are final prices, excluding shipping costs.
3.4 Swiss VAT is not charged under the small business regulation.

§4 Payment

4.1 Payment is made directly at the time of online ordering via PAYPAL (credit card) or as prepayment by bank transfer. Swiss Francs (CHF) are the accepted currency. Payment by credit card is processed via PayPal. The credit card will typically be charged on the day of the order.
4.2 Sensitive data such as credit card details is only processed securely via SSL encryption by PayPal. eva-lou will never request or store account or credit card information.
4.3 Ownership of all items remains with eva-lou until full payment is received.
4.4 Delivery will be withheld until proof of payment is provided.

§5 Shipping and Shipping Costs

5.1 Shipping is only available after prepayment via credit card payment, Apple Pay,  PayPal. If available, items will be shipped directly from stock via B-Post. If natalievogel  is delayed in delivery and cannot deliver the ordered product within a reasonable time (plus 7 days), the customer will be informed by email and has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days via email. natalievogel is not responsible for any delays caused by parcel shipping.
5.2 Orders are always shipped in full; partial deliveries will only be made upon request and with corresponding postage charges.
5.3 Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume and are invoiced accordingly. 
5.4 For international shipments, actual shipping costs will be charged to the buyer. The buyer will be informed by email about the additional shipping costs. Items will be shipped after receiving the full payment (product price and shipping costs).

§6 Right of Return

6.1

As the artwork is produced to order, returns are not possible.  However, if the customer receives damaged or defective items, natalievogel must be immediately informed by email with a brief description of the issue

§7 General Liability Disclaimer

7.1 natalievogel assumes no liability for technical problems or total/partial loss of website and/or customer data. Data hosting takes place on a decentralized server infrastructure. There is no liability for damages caused by hackers or similar attacks.
7.2 natalievogel assumes no liability for the software technology and website design. The website may be changed visually and content-wise by natalievogel at any time.

§8 Final Provisions

8.1 Should individual or multiple provisions of these terms and conditions be incomplete or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision will be replaced by the applicable statutory provision.
8.2 Business activities are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is 8055 Zurich/ZH, Switzerland.
8.3 The branding and logo, as well as texts, images, and implementations of natalievogel are protected by copyright. Any further use is strictly prohibited or must be explicitly approved by natalievogel in writing.
8.4 The online platform natalievogel.com is operated by natalievogel owner Natalie Vogel. Responsibility and exercise of rights for natalievogel.com are held by:
